Business Development Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Sales Professional to join our team at A One Advisory.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales by contacting potential or existing customers over the phone, presenting our services, and closing deals. They must have excellent communication skills, be able to handle rejection, and have a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our services using scripts.
- Answering questions about our company services and requirements.
- Closing sales deals over the phone.
- Directing prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Entering and updating customer information in the database.
- Going the extra mile to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales.
- A proven experience as a tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- A proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn about our services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge of English & Hindi.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around Rs. 5 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply.
