Senior SAP GATP Consultant Job Description

A Senior SAP GATP consultant is required to lead cross-functional teams in implementing and configuring system settings, plans, and executes unit, system, and integration tests. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of industry best practices and terminology related to supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current business processes and turn them into system requirements.
  • Write system functional specifications and support development teams during implementation phases with testing and quality documentation.
  • Deploy new and current systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner.

Requirements:

Must Haves
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 8+ years' experience as an IT Business Analyst, IT Technical Analyst, SAP consultant or SAP implementation project member with a focus on SCM modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and terminology related to SCM.
  • Understanding of IT change processes and/or SAP solution delivery processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams.

  • SAP certifications on APO GATP and/or SAP ECC MRP.
  • Experience with SAP S4HANA implementations.
