Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust and agile supply chain across all verticals, with a focus on process adherence, routine establishment, and people competency management.

The India Global Supply Chain is based on three major sub-processes: Supply Chain Planning & Hard Inventory, Procurement & Supplier Relationship Management, and Logistics, Transport & Customer Services.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing industry with relevant experience in procurement, material control, or parts control. They will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as proficiency in English and familiarity with SAP GSI, Kinaxis, ASCOT, Qlik sense, and GSI BI tools.

Key responsibilities:

  2. Establish robust and agile Supply Chain through Process adherence, establishing routines & People competency management (Scope: Supply chain across all verticals)">
  3. Define Short term, Midterm actions / program in-line to India Supply Chain strategy and to follow implementation to drive Performance & Transformation in Supply Chain">
  4. Identify potential gaps in existing Supply Chain process and to collaborate with Site Supply Chain team to propose the solution to achieve the target condition">
  5. Consolidate metrics & animate MIS periodically to management (SC Director) to aid decision making">
