About this role:

As a senior executive, you will lead the development and implementation of business continuity strategies to minimize disruption and ensure resilience.

The primary objective is to establish an enterprise-wide focus on incident management, ensuring that team members respond safely during emergencies and the organization responds effectively and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include leading, driving, coordinating, and facilitating the overall Incident Management program, as well as developing comprehensive documentation of processes and ensuring all internal systems are updated and current.

You will work closely with local and global leaders/business groups/enterprise functions to strengthen and enhance business continuity/resiliency capabilities and frameworks for managing situations of crisis/incident with least adverse impact.

A critical component of this role is the ability to design and execute business continuity programs for large organizations, leveraging industry certifications and best practices.

In addition to technical skills, you must possess strong leadership attributes, including strategic outlook, stakeholder management, high-paced execution, and delivery, as well as team-player qualities.

This position requires a deep understanding of regional risks arising from geographical footprint and climatic situations, as well as political situations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to engage with regional and global leaders to maximize support and relationships, highlighting risks proactively to various internal groups and following the 3 Lines of Defense as defined by the Governance framework.

Suitable candidates will have at least 15 years of experience in organizations matching/exceeding the scale/complexity of our company, with 10 years in Resiliency & BCM domain at a senior level.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in any field, relevant certifications, and experience working comfortably in a globally dispersed team.
