Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in our Gurugram warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of warehouse activities and meet defined performance indicators.
  • Manage order fulfillment, including pulling, filling, packing, and setting up orders for delivery or pickup.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of warehouse processes, including GRN, FIFO, LIFO, and put-away.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure high stock accuracy levels.
  • Generate management reports on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and administrative guidelines and procedures.
  • Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for dispatches and RTO orders.
  • Process electronic way bills, good receipts, and vendor invoices according to agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role at an e-commerce or fulfillment center.
  • Knowledge of WMS or SAP ERP packages is an added advantage.
  • Graduate degree and proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a 6-day workweek schedule.
