Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-driven and hands-on professional to oversee daily operations across Amazon and Quick Commerce platforms for a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand.

  • Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central to ensure accurate content and compliance with platform policies.
  • Manage FBA and FBM workflows, including inventory planning, order fulfillment, returns, and reimbursement claims.
  • Monitor and improve account health metrics – Buy Box share, cancellations, late dispatches, and customer feedback.
  • Protect brand presence by handling hijacked listings, unauthorized sellers, and compliance escalations.
  • Prepare weekly dashboards on sales, category trends, stock movement, and operational issues.
Daily Operations Management

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Cross-functional team collaboration and communication are essential in this role.
  • The successful candidate will have experience working with e-commerce platforms and managing logistics operations.
  • A strong understanding of data analysis and reporting is necessary to drive business decisions.
E-Commerce Platform Expertise

Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Quick Commerce, and other related software systems is required.

  • Experience with inventory management, shipping, and order fulfillment is also necessary.
  • Familiarity with accounting and financial software is beneficial for reconciliation and settlement purposes.
