Branch Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Branch Operations Manager.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who wish to take on a leadership position and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a branch office. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with various departments including Sales, Marketing, Accounts and Finance, HR, Administration, and Academics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all business activities at the branch level. This includes increasing business generation through effective marketing planning and execution, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring seamless communication between different departments.
  • The incumbent will also be responsible for supervising sales staff, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance performance.
  • In addition, the Branch Operations Manager will be required to visit the allocated branch regularly to monitor progress and address any concerns that may arise.
  • The role also involves performing other tasks assigned by management as per requirement.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
