Senior Technical Leader Job Description

The Senior Technical Leader plays a pivotal role in spearheading complex software initiatives, driving innovation, and guiding projects to successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize technical expertise to design and develop full-stack software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices and drive technology solutions.
  • Mentor and grow teammates, promoting a culture of self-learning and technical inquisitiveness.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development, preferably with Java and Spring Boot.
  • High level of experience with JavaScript, React, REST services, microservices, cloud services, relational databases, non-relational databases, and messaging systems.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-team initiatives and drive company-wide strategies.

Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of collaborating with stakeholders and proposing new product offerings. Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
