Executive Leader - Technical Innovation

We seek an Executive Leader with a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen and leadership skills to drive our platform's growth and innovation.

As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to leverage cutting-edge technologies and establish our company as a thought leader in the industry.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing teams, driving growth through innovation, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding team members to help them achieve their full potential, while fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration and continuous learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a startup or tech company.
  • Proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in areas such as software development, data analytics, or artificial intelligence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Passion for entrepreneurship and a willingness to take calculated risks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with MSMEs and SHGs, particularly in the finance and sustainability sectors.
  • Familiarity with trust infrastructure and ESG/SDG principles.
  • Knowledge of graph databases, rules engines, and AI/ML technologies.
  • Ability to read and write code in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
