Software Engineering Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of highly competent engineers and designing, building, and scaling production applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of software engineers and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Design, build, and scale production applications.
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Mentor junior engineers and help them develop their skills.
  • Continuously raise engineering standards to maintain high-availability and low-latency for ML inference infrastructure.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • At least 2+ years of engineering management experience.
  • Experience in upleveling junior engineers via processes and setting a high bar for them to follow.
  • Deep customer empathy for primary customer stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
