Job Opportunity:

Financial Management Professional

Seeking an experienced Financial Management Professional with expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to support smooth plant operations.

  • Must have strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage plant budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Conduct detailed cost analysis to support pricing decisions and improve cost efficiency.
  • Oversee daily banking operations, payments, receipts, and transaction management.
  • Monitor and control inventory accounting, including stock valuation and reconciliations.
  • Handle export transactions, foreign remittances, and related compliance.
  • Prepare and review Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Support statutory audits, tax audits, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and compliance.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams for accurate financial reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial planning and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, MIS preparation, and compliance.
  • Excellent command over P&L, Balance Sheet preparation, and reconciliations.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
