We are seeking a highly skilled Full Time Manufacturing Expert to support our team in the creation of a Request for Proposal (RFP).

Job Description
  • This is a full-time consulting assignment ideal for professionals with strong domain and solution knowledge who can guide RFP structuring, requirement articulation, and vendor evaluation criteria.

The successful candidate will have expertise in Infor or Epicor Manufacturing ERP systems, and experience in drafting functional and technical requirements for ERP implementation. They will also be able to define vendor evaluation parameters and scoring frameworks aligned to best practices.

An ideal candidate would have hands-on experience with Infor Manufacturing or Epicor ERP, and a proven track record in ERP consulting, presales, or solution design. They would also be familiar with manufacturing industry processes, including production planning, supply chain, inventory, and shop floor control.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor Manufacturing or Epicor ERP.
  • Proven track record in ERP consulting, presales, or solution design.
  • Experience in RFP creation, proposal review, or vendor selection processes.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing industry processes, including production planning, supply chain, inventory, and shop floor control.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
