  • This role is responsible for identifying and delivering service improvement activity across the business by employing process improvement methodologies and innovative thinking.
  • The ideal candidate will work with key stakeholders and multi-jurisdictional Centre of Excellence to build a continuous improvement environment for manufacturing transformation, leading and facilitating World Class Manufacturing practices.
  • Key responsibilities include implementing standard world-class manufacturing framework across pan-India plants, working with teams to devise new support materials based on revised processes, including training, reporting, and systems enhancements, monitoring project risks and identifying potential problems to find proactive solutions, ensuring business impact and project objectives are identified, reported, and managed at all times, setting up programs, delivering coaching, and running projects across plants, completing post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery and improvements for future projects, and continuously improving efficiency KPIs in manufacturing sites.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Good honors degree in engineering discipline.
  • Understanding of continuous improvement concepts, Six Sigma, Lean, and value stream mapping.
  • Strong analytical, project, and product management skills.
  • Ability to set up, facilitate, and lead service improvement workshops.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
