Key Roles and Responsibilities:

We seek a highly skilled finance expert to drive strategic pricing, financial planning, and analysis. This role plays a critical part in the decision-making process.

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, analytical expertise, and excellent communication skills to work with senior stakeholders.

  • Pricing Governance
  • Partner with sales teams to design, review, and validate deal structures for competitiveness and margin protection.
  • Conduct benchmarking and scenario modeling for strategic bids.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Consolidate financial data across business units and deliver forward-looking analysis.
  • Variance Analysis & Insights
  • Perform detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership on revenue, costs, and margins.
  • Recommend corrective actions and support performance improvement initiatives.
  • Reporting & Business Partnering
  • Prepare and present management packs, dashboards, and executive reports.
  • Support leadership in strategic reviews with accurate and timely financial information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) — mandatory.
  • Experience: 5+ years post-qualification in business finance, preferably in IT/ITeS or services industry.
  • Strong exposure to deal pricing, FP&A, variance analysis, and management reporting.
  • Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI/reporting tools is an added advantage.
