Workday Absence and Time Tracking Expert

We are seeking an experienced Workday Absence and Time Tracking Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday's Absence and Time Tracking module, with experience in configuration, implementation, and optimization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support Workday Absence and Time Tracking module implementation, configuration, and optimization.
  • Provide expert guidance on Workday Absence and Time Tracking best practices.
  • Gather business requirements, lead client workshops, develop functional documentation, and translate requirements into Workday system configurations.
Key Requirements:
  • Configuration and implementation of Workday Absence and Time Tracking business processes.
  • Expertise in Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams for effective integration of business processes.
  • Ability to conduct system testing, prepare test cases, execute tests, and resolve defects.
  • Provision of end-user training and development of documentation.
