The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Workday solutions to support HR transformation initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain job requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview workflows, and onboarding tasks. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to streamline hiring processes.
- Design and implement time tracking and absence management plans. Support compliance with local labor laws and global time policies.
- Set up performance review cycles, goal management, and feedback mechanisms. Enable career pathing and succession planning using Talent Optimization tools.
- Manage Workday Learning campaigns, course creation, and blended learning programs.
- Configure domain and business process security policies. Manage role-based and user-based security groups.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of hands-on Workday experience across multiple modules.
- Proven track record of Workday implementations or optimizations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical configurations.
