Project Manager for Commercial Projects

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our commercial projects team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • The role involves traveling to various locations for upcoming projects, with the base location being NCR.
  • The candidate must have thorough knowledge of MEP and local authority approvals processes.
  • They will be responsible for reviewing all drawings and BOQ for the project, taking ownership of the same, and ensuring that build partners stick to specified makes and models during construction.
  • The ideal candidate will have logical thinking skills, be able to bring value engineering and cost-saving mechanisms, and provide constructability reviews and recommend mitigation measures during pre-construction and construction stages.
  • Effective communication and documentation skills are essential, as is the ability to travel and handle projects in other cities if necessary.

Skillset Required:

  • A good working knowledge of commercial projects and aptitude in client-centric operations.
  • Strong background in team management.
  • Good research skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with accuracy.

Experience (Years) Required:

  • Project management professional with a minimum of 02-04 years of experience in the workspace fit-out industry.
  • Preferably from a D&B or coworking space background.

Qualification:

  • B.E/B.Tech Electrical/Mechanical.
  • Graduation must be through a full-time day course.
  • Specialized in MEP.
