Role overview:

We seek an experienced Legal Associate with a strong background in commercial contracts, corporate law, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have excellent legal acumen, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements, including master services agreements, statements of work, service level agreements, non-disclosure agreements, consultancy agreements, and contract renewals.
  • Managing contract amendments, terminations, and renewals.
  • Drafting internal company policies, employee handbooks, and compliance protocols in alignment with current laws and best practices.
  • Providing strategic legal advice to stakeholders on regulatory and statutory compliance matters.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in corporate restructuring, venture capital transactions, and startup ecosystem legalities.

Eligibility criteria:
