Business Development Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager to drive growth, optimize sales performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement key business initiatives.

This role requires a highly skilled professional who can design, implement, and measure sales strategies and initiatives in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to understand best practices, required support, client feedback, and other relevant factors to drive successful outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design, implement, and measure sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interact with internal teams to understand best practices, required support, client feedback, and other relevant factors to drive successful outcomes.
  • Performance Analysis: Create and analyze sales performance reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, proactively highlight deviations, and suggest actionables for course correction.
  • Market Trend Monitoring: Monitor and analyze industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and threats.
  • Growth Opportunities Identification: Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential areas of growth, new product development, and innovative solutions to streamline current processes.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners to support business growth.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to drive successful outcomes.
  • KPI Monitoring: Monitor and analyze KRs across the internal growth team. Prepare, roll out, and monitor annual, quarterly, and monthly KRs.
  • Presentation Development: Prepare various presentations for CGO/sales leadership related to growth/sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Master's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related fields, with a focus on analytical skills.
  • Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in business planning, strategic projects, or related fields.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering results.
  • Leadership and Project Management: Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with others.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRM's, and other sales automation tools.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
