As a Senior Telecommunications Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by effectively managing and converting inbound and outbound leads for our real estate projects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, and be comfortable working with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional who can handle client calls, understand requirements, nurture leads, and ensure high-quality customer engagement.

Below are the key responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Make outbound calls to prospective leads generated through marketing campaigns to identify potential customers and schedule site visits.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess leads based on budget, requirements, and timelines to determine their viability for conversion.
  • Customer Engagement: Handle inbound queries, explain project details, and resolve customer doubts to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM to track progress and optimize future interactions.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets while providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or sales-related roles.
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
  • Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Candidate Attributes: Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in follow-ups.
