Artist and Creator Manager Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of artists and creators. Your expertise will play a vital part in driving engagement and growth through strategic campaign planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of social media and influencer trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns, including setting up campaigns, selecting influencers, and managing timelines.
  • Work closely with influencers to coordinate content creation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Support identifying and reaching out to potential influencers, negotiating terms, and maintaining relationships.
  • Review influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards before posting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Manage talent schedules and availability, ensuring alignment with client campaign timelines and deliverables.
  • Work with creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with the brand's objectives and influencers' strengths.
  • Support senior managers in executing influencer campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and onboard new talent, supporting their growth, career success, and alignment with industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 months experience in artist/influencer management
  • Strong knowledge of social media and influencer trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
