About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager and Operations Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, balancing responsibilities across business lines such as business analysis, vendor management, risk management, and working closely with the project team on special planning and departmental projects.

In this role, you'll ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget while managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. You'll coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end project plans with the operations team.

• Utilize scrum framework knowledge.

• Oversee project planning, long-term planning, project status reporting.

• Coordinate with sales teams for kit calendars and project planning.

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors.

• Observe systems, processes, and infrastructure across departments, suggesting improvements or revisions.

• Collaborate with back-office team members for seamless business execution.
