We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to healthcare customers in the US.

  • Job Summary: To deliver top-notch customer service experience to healthcare customers in the US by handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries related to healthcare benefits, insurance claims, billing, and accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with queries related to healthcare benefits, insurance claims, billing, and accounts.
  • Ensure accuracy while handling sensitive healthcare information.
  • Deliver excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or undergraduate degree with a minimum of 1 year of international BPO experience (voice process preferred).
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with customers.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts (US process).
  • All documents must be available.
