Reports To: Operations Manager / Customer Success Manager
**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Representative (CSR) to support our teleradiology operations. The CSR will be responsible for handling client and radiologist calls, resolving scan/report-related issues, and ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders. This role demands excellent communication skills, quick problem-solving abilities, and a calm, professional attitude under pressure.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Answer incoming calls from hospitals, diagnostic centers, and radiologists.
Manage and resolve scan/report-related queries and technical issues in real-time.
Coordinate with radiologists and verification teams to ensure timely report delivery.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to explain status updates and solutions.
Monitor the teleradiology workflow using PACS/RIS systems and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions in CRM or internal systems.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff or relevant departments as needed.
Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with company protocols.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or related field).
1-3 years of experience in a healthcare/teleradiology customer service or coordination role preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of radiology workflows and basic scan/report terminology is an advantage.
Proficiency with computers and comfort using tools like PACS, RIS, CRM, Google Workspace/MS Office.
**Preferred Skills**:
Experience in a radiology or healthcare BPO setting.
Calm and empathetic communication style with problem-solving mindset.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and nights (if required).
