
Healthcare Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Healthcare Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills and prior international BPO experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls for healthcare customers in the US, assisting with queries related to healthcare benefits, insurance claims, billing, and accounts.
Maintaining accuracy while handling sensitive healthcare information is crucial. Delivering excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction is essential to success in this role.
Candidates must possess a graduate or undergraduate degree with minimum 1 year International BPO experience (voice process preferred). Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are required. Strong problem-solving skills with customers and comfort working in night shifts (US process) are also necessary.
