System Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of our Windows Server environments, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Windows Server Administration:
    • Manage and configure Windows Server environments to ensure high availability and reliability.
    • Administer Active Directory (AD), Group Policies (GPOs), DHCP, and DNS to maintain network integrity and security.
    • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure data protection and compliance.
  • Cloud & Identity Management:
    • Administer Office 365 and G-Suite accounts, licenses, and email security to ensure secure collaboration and communication.
    • Manage Azure AD, MDM, MAM, Intune, and Jamf for device and application management to enhance productivity and efficiency.
    • Implement and monitor Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and SSO integrations to boost security and reduce risk.
  • Networking & Security:
    • Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, switches, and wireless networks to ensure reliable connectivity and minimal downtime.
    • Manage and monitor firewalls (preferably Fortinet) and network security policies to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot 3CX phone systems and IP telephony to ensure seamless voice communications.
  • Hardware & Peripheral Management:
    • Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and CCTV/IP cameras to ensure efficient document management and visual monitoring.
    • Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and lifecycle management to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.
  • Virtualization & Backup:
    • Manage VMware / Hyper-V environments for server virtualization to increase efficiency and scalability.
    • Monitor and maintain backup and recovery solutions for business continuity and disaster recovery.
  • IT Support & Troubleshooting:
    • Provide level 2 and level 3 support for end-user issues, system errors, and connectivity problems to ensure prompt resolution and minimal disruption.
    • Document technical processes and maintain an IT knowledge base to promote best practices and knowledge sharing.
