About the Role

The Network Infrastructure Manager will oversee and support the Cisco Meraki network infrastructure, ensuring security, high availability, and compliance. This includes managing Meraki AP, Meraki Switch, and Meraki Firewall.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuously monitor and perform basic troubleshooting of Meraki network devices (MX, MR, MS).
  • Sustain Wi-Fi connectivity for users across locations.
  • Assist in managing switch ports, VLAN assignments, and network configurations.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers for escalations and configuration changes.
  • Maintain documentation of network setups and issue resolutions.
  • Provide user support for network-related issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in network administration.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Wired and Wireless Networking.
  • Familiarity with Cisco Meraki Dashboard.
  • Basic understanding of Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
  • Awareness of Layer 2 concepts – VLANs, trunk/access ports, port security.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and collaborate with L3 teams when needed.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English language is mandatory.

Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. On-site general shift availability with support for planned changes. Proficiency in English language is mandatory.
