Job Title:

Wireless Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting network infrastructure. This includes the design and implementation of new sites to meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, deploy, install, and troubleshoot Aruba/Cisco switches, Wireless APs, and Aruba central systems.
  • Deploy new Aruba switches, Wireless Controllers, and other network infrastructure devices.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot networking, wireless, and ISE-related problems.
  • Provide support to customers on various issues reported by users, clients, and connecting application integrations.
  • Perform upgrades and patching of existing deployments like Switches, Wireless clusters or Access points.
  • Work with Ethernet LAN switching protocols and standards, including VLANs, VLAN aggregation, Ether Channel, PVLANs, Spanning Tree & Rapid Spanning Tree, 802.1Q.
  • Experience in Infoblox (DHCP/DNS/IPAM), Network Monitoring tools like HPE-IMC and Zabbix, SNMP, 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, different EAP-methods, PKI, Palo Alto/Routing basic.
  • Knowledge of ITIL standards Incident, Change & Problem Management, and exposure to Problem Solving, handling problem tickets.
  • Experience in supporting/engineering/maintaining large networks and providing Second-level support.
  • Ability to work in 24X7 Shifts and handle multiple concurrent tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must have experience in network infrastructure management, wireless engineering, and network security. Proficient in Aruba/Cisco switches, Wireless APs, and Aruba central systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
