Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Wireless Network Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing network infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our business operations.

  • Main Responsibilities:">
  • Design, implement, and manage wireless networks using Aruba Central, Aruba switches, and other advanced technologies.">
  • Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Aruba/Cisco switches, wireless APs, and Aruba central.">
  • Analyze and troubleshoot networking, wireless, and ISE-related problems.">
  • Provide customer support for reported issues from users, clients, and application integrations.">
  • Perform upgrades and patching of existing deployments, including Switches, Wireless clusters, or Access points.">
  • Work with Ethernet LAN switching protocols and standards, including VLANs, VLAN aggregation, Ether Channel, PVLANs, Spanning Tree, Rapid Spanning Tree, and 802.1Q.">
  • Have experience with Infoblox (DHCP/DNS/IPAM) and Network Monitoring tools like HPE-IMC and Zabbix.">
  • Understand SNMP, 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, EAP-methods, PKI, Palo Alto/Routing basics, and ITIL standards Incident, Change & Problem Management.">
  • Exposure to problem-solving, handling problem tickets, and maintaining large networks.">
  • Provide highly professional second-level support and work in 24/7 shifts.">

  • A strong background in wireless networking, including design, implementation, and management.">
  • Experience with Aruba Central, Aruba switches, and other advanced wireless technologies.">
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools, such as HPE-IMC and Zabbix.">
  • Understanding of security protocols, including SNMP, 802.1X, RADIUS, and TACACS+.">
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer support.">
