Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations across warehouse, logistics, and store movement. The ideal candidate will ensure timely execution of orders, dispatches, and installations, minimizing delays and errors.

The role involves:

  • Monitoring and streamlining operations to optimize efficiency;
  • Coordinating with internal departments to track progress on ongoing client orders and projects;
  • Managing vendor performance and procurement timelines;
  • Monitoring inventory movement and maintaining reorder levels for fast-moving SKUs.

MIS & Reporting:

  • Maintaining and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales orders, dispatches, delivery timelines, vendor SLAs, stock levels, cost optimization, and sharing accurate dashboards with management to aid data-driven decisions.
  • Automating manual reports using Excel (advanced), Google Sheets, or Power BI, and identifying operational bottlenecks using data and suggesting corrective actions.

Process Improvement & SOP Adherence:

  • Ensuring all SOPs are being followed across operations and backend.
  • Identifying inefficiencies and proposing system/process improvements.
  • Assisting in onboarding of new processes/tools for better operations tracking.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Operations, Commerce, or Business Management.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Operations or MIS, preferably in retail/interiors/logistics/furniture domain.
  • Excellent command over MS Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot, and basic data analysis.
  • Familiarity with ERP tools (Zoho, SAP, Tally, or similar).
