**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of advanced statistical models. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver solutions.
  • Develop and implement statistical and machine learning models to address complex business challenges.
  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
  • Communicate findings to stakeholders through clear and effective data visualizations.

Requirements:

  • Masters or PhD in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
  • Deep knowledge of statistical inference, vector calculus, linear algebra, and classical machine learning.
  • 3+ years of experience in data science or machine learning environments.
  • Excellent development skills in Python.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with convex optimization.
  • Familiarity with Kaggle competitions or similar data science challenges.
