Key Responsibilities

  • Transform creative concepts into production-ready designs with precise finish notes, incorporating techniques like foil stamping, embossing/debossing, spot varnishing, and texture effects.
  • Develop labels, refill packaging, inserts, instruction cards, barcode/info panels; maintain accuracy across various product SKUs.
  • Prepare files for vendors and facilitate pre-press checks, including CMYK/Pantone color management, trapping, and bleed control.

Creative Initiatives

  • Design engaging visual content for social media platforms, including Instagram posts, Reels covers, Stories, ads, email graphics, and landing page assets.
  • Establish a reusable template system for consistent output, featuring typography styles, grids, and iconography.
  • Leverage motion design tools like AE/Lottie/GIFs to enhance Reels/Stories (optional).

Character & Illustration Development

  • Evolve graphic personas, encompassing character turnarounds, expressions, outfits, and props.
  • Create scene illustrations, sticker sets, and animation-ready assets.

Project Management & Operations

  • Maintain the brand style guide, component library, and file organization.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution and efficient handoffs.

We seek an experienced Graphic Design Specialist with 3–6 years of background in branding/packaging/illustration or equivalent freelance experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in packaging design, social media creativity, illustration/character work, and typography/layout/color skills. Adaptability to feedback and timely delivery are essential qualities.
