Visual Identity Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Visual Design Leader to oversee the development of our brand identity and visual aesthetic across all consumer touchpoints.

This role requires exceptional design skills, leadership abilities, and strategic thinking to create engaging visuals that connect with consumers and build brand loyalty.

  • Create visually appealing designs for packaging, digital campaigns, social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits.
  • Maintain a consistent brand image by developing and implementing a comprehensive visual identity strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring campaign concepts to life and ensure cohesive branding throughout all marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in branding, packaging, and digital campaign design. Experience working in fast-paced environments and staying up-to-date with industry trends is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visual design strategies to enhance brand recognition and customer engagement.
  • Lead a team of designers and freelancers to deliver high-quality creative assets on time and within budget.
  • Stay current with design software, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Lead Visual Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Canva.
  • Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial goals (conversion, engagement, retention).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Motion graphics or video editing experience for social media.
  • Photography or art direction background.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup/D2C environments.
