Job Overview

  • Spearhead creative vision and strategy for real estate marketing campaigns.

We are seeking an Art Director to lead our creative team in delivering high-quality visual assets that captivate audiences. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and excellent leadership skills.

In this role, you will oversee the entire creative process, from conceptualization to execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving design excellence, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine brand identities, logos, and style guides for clients.
  • Conceptualize and oversee the design of brochures, hoardings, websites, social media creatives, and branding materials.
  • Lead and manage the creative team, setting a high standard for visual design across all mediums.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and meet project deadlines.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and real estate marketing practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print, digital, and outdoor design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma).
  • Experience in real estate or lifestyle branding preferred.
  • Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
