Operations Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Operations Associate. This role requires an individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask across marketing, operations, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Draft and structure company proposals, grant applications, and tender submission documentation for various projects.
  • Coordinate execution of strategic projects with internal and external stakeholders.
Operational Efficiency & Administration
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow in the organization's absence.
  • Manage procurement approvals, vendor coordination, and invoice/payment follow-ups with Finance.
  • Track project milestones, deadlines, and ensure compliance with internal SOPs.
Marketing & External Engagement
  • Draft company profiles, social media content, brochures, and event materials.
  • Support in organizing events, conferences, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing the brand presence and communication strategy.
