About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Strategic Operations Associate. This role requires a versatile professional who can manage cross-functional tasks spanning operations, HR, marketing support, and strategic projects.

This position involves working closely with the leadership team to ensure seamless execution of day-to-day responsibilities and driving accountability across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Execution Support: Assist in managing initiatives that align with company goals.
  • Draft and structure proposals, grant applications, and tender submission documentation for various projects.
  • Support in drafting agreements, compliance documents, and presentations for external stakeholders (government bodies, regulators, partners, vendors).
  • Coordinate execution of strategic projects (energy, telecom, agri-tech, blockchain, etc.) with internal and external stakeholders.

Operations & Administration:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow in the absence of senior management.
  • Manage procurement approvals, vendor coordination, and invoice/payment follow-ups with the finance department.
  • Track project milestones, deadlines, and ensure compliance with internal SOPs.
  • Coordination with inter-departmental teams.

Marketing & External Communication:

  • Draft company profiles, social media content, brochures, and event collateral.
  • Support in organizing events, conferences, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing brand presence and communication strategy.

Desired Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask across marketing, operations, and strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (emails, reports, proposals, presentations).
  • High attention to detail and ability to draft tender/proposal documentation.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving ability, adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable with MS Office, Google Suite, HRMS/Project Management tools.
  • Self-motivated with ability to take ownership and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, HR, project management, or similar cross-functional roles.
  • Exposure to startups/technology/energy/blockchain sectors will be an added advantage.
