Senior Business Process Improvement Specialist

- Develop and implement business process improvements on SAP PS enablement initiatives, providing expert advice and guidance to stakeholders.
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP PS solutions, focusing on enterprise structure, master data, transactional, and reporting functionalities, as well as RICEFW configurations.
- Review and finalize configuration and RICEFW documents, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Perform build activities for enterprise structure, master data, transactional, mapping, and reporting, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruptions.
- Support show and tell sessions, including data preparation, initial load, and defect resolution, to ensure smooth transition and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Identify source system process interventions requiring data and process changes at the source, collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective solutions.
- Drive mapping exercises with the business, working closely with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and comprehensive outcomes.
- Prepare test scenarios, scripts, execute testing (UT, SIT), support testing (UAT), review test results, and support defects resolution to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Support training plans and materials with change management, conduct training TTT, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure stakeholder buy-in and adoption.
- Perform cutover-related activities, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruptions to business operations.
- Resolve issues during the hypercare period, working collaboratively with stakeholders to develop effective solutions and minimize downtime.
