  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead CI/CD pipeline design and automation using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.

  • Security & Compliance:
  • Ensure cloud security, zero-trust principles, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Drive secrets management, access control, and cloud security best practices.
Requirements
  • 18-25 years of experience in Cloud, DevOps, and SRE roles, with leadership exposure.
  • Proven track record of leading CloudOps/SRE/DevOps teams in SaaS environments.
  • Deep hands-on experience in:
    • Multi-cloud infrastructure management.
    • Kubernetes and container orchestration.
    • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, PowerShell).
    • Observability and monitoring.
    • CI/CD pipelines, automation, and GitOps.
    • Security and compliance in cloud environments.
Nice to Have
  • Worked on large SQL DB systems.
  • Worked with global teams in different time zones.
Leadership Mindset
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and hands-on engineering approach.
  • Experience managing global teams, setting technical direction, and scaling CloudOps/SRE functions.
  • Passion for building engineering-driven cultures and fostering DevOps excellence.
