Senior Relationship Manager

The Jr. Client Servicing role entails cultivating and maintaining client relationships, coordinating advertising campaigns, and delivering tailored solutions to meet clients' evolving needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing regular status updates for clients and communicating changes to the creative and content teams
- Coordinating advertising campaigns and ensuring clear communication with all involved parties
- Fostering strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Gaining a deep understanding of clients' businesses, goals, and requirements to offer recommendations
- Analysing client feedback and providing insights for enhancing service quality
- Managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records of client interactions
- Presenting reports and other documentation to clients in a clear and concise manner
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in client servicing or account management roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
