Senior Business Partnership Manager

This role is responsible for partnering with the business to define and implement the overall strategic vision for a specific unit.

The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, strong analytical capabilities, and experience in managing front-line employees. The right individual should be able to provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify key areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with HRBPs and line managers to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Cultivate talent within the unit through coaching and development programs.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on grievance handling and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
  • MBA in Human Resources from a reputable institution with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in managing front-line employees is highly desirable.
  • Experience as an HRBP is also preferred.

This role requires a deep understanding of business drivers and the ability to translate this knowledge into actionable results. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
