Marketing Strategy Director – Pan India

This is a high-impact leadership role that demands industry credibility, strong networks, and the ability to shape strategic alliances that drive business growth and brand visibility.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of India's marketing and advertising ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and strengthen high-level partnerships with leading advertising, media, and marketing agencies across Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, and Kolkata.
  • Drive new business opportunities and long-term growth through strategic agency collaborations and brand partnerships.
  • Position the company as a preferred partner by leveraging strong industry networks and delivering innovative marketing solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, CMOs, Marketing Heads, Media Directors, and Brand Custodians at agencies and client organizations.
  • Lead and guide regional marketing partnership teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Represent the organization at industry forums, award functions, and networking events, enhancing visibility and credibility across the marketing landscape.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to recommend new opportunities and strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12–18 years of progressive experience in Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, or Agency Leadership.
  • Strong, active, and credible relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies across India's major metro cities.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performance teams and delivering measurable business growth.
  • Deep understanding of the advertising, media, and marketing ecosystem with a track record of managing large-scale partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across metros to manage key relationships and opportunities.
