We are seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join our team at our Bangalore location. As a key member of our service administration team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient order processing and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating detailed quotes for service cases, including spare part deliveries, repairs, and service contracts
  • Checking order documents against internal specifications and entering orders in the SAP ERP/Salesforce system
  • Generating order confirmations, delivery documents, and invoices, as well as export documents for international order processing
  • Electronic archiving of all order-related documents
  • Communicating with international customers and distributors, as well as worldwide sales and service offices
  • Additional responsibilities may include warehouse management of spare parts worldwide and creating reports to analyze service-relevant key figures using BI applications

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A graduate degree in Commerce or Science
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer service support or a commercial and sales-oriented area, ideally in industry/export
  • Experience using common office programs, with SAP/Salesforce knowledge (SD module) being an advantage
  • Ability to work with databases and analyze key business figures using BI tools
  • Good knowledge of English and strong communication skills
  • High resilience and a precise, independent working style
