We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Administration Coordinator to join our team at O'Brien Energy. As a key member of our service management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to define their requirements and needs, ensuring timely and effective support.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate service activities, ensuring suitable technicians are allocated and all necessary documentation is provided.
  • Material Management: Minimise material costs by requisitioning materials well in advance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and rapid response capability.

Requirements:

  • Several years of service coordination and planning experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
