About the Role:

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Quadrillion Finance Private Limited.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate training, events, and hiring-related schedules.
  • Assist in setting up periodic meetings within the team.
  • Produce reports and presentations.
  • Take dictation and minutes, and write them up subsequently.
  • Ensure the team is following documentation practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Good stability and a strong educational background.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant.
  • Prior experience working with the CXO team is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PPT and Word Document).
