We are seeking an exceptional IT and General Admin Executive to join our team at Realworld One.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
  • Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware / software issues.
  • Manage user accounts and access controls, including biometric devices.
  • Maintain IT assets and stock details on a day-to-day basis and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Oversee the acquisition, installation, and commissioning of equipment required for the facility, including IT systems as well as purchasing, courier service, and stock management.
  • Configure and install network devices and services, such as routers, switches, and firewalls to create a secure and functional network.

General Administrative Duties:

  • Support the human resources department with handling petty cash, corporate credit cards, employee reimbursement verifications.
  • Support with budgeting, back-office operations, inter-office correspondence, emails, quotations, monthly billing, and cheques.
  • Assist in organizing company events, cultural events, meetings, and travel arrangements (including visa documents, ticketing, letters).
  • Coordinate with vendors for handling all administrative tasks such as maintenance & replacement of office equipment and ­­maintain office infrastructure and facilities.
  • Upkeep of office facilities and ensure availability of daily.
  • Assist the finance team with the monthly approval of invoices and creating purchase orders and purchasing requisitions for orders.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and recommend innovative solutions.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in IT support, system administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking technologies.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of vendor management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
