Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage production schedules to meet demand and minimize downtime.

  • Implement continuous improvement processes to optimize resource utilization and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Hotel Management graduation with 18 years of experience and 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in pastry and bakery techniques and mass production of standardized products.
