Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Development Manager to lead our Native water purifier product line.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely execution and meeting cost targets.

The role requires strong program management skills, a deep understanding of appliance product development, and hands-on experience in DFMA, validation testing, and regulatory certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead NPI projects for multiple water purifier products, ensuring timely execution from concept to launch.
  • Own project timelines, cost targets, and quality metrics across the product lifecycle.
  • Establish clear program governance, stage-gate reviews, and risk management frameworks.
  • Cross-functional leadership: collaborate with R&D, design, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, service, and marketing teams.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on product specifications, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong program management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
  • Deep understanding of appliance product development, preferably in water purifiers / home appliances / consumer electronics.
  • Knowledge of plastic parts, filtration technologies, electronics integration, pumps/valves, and assembly processes.
  • Hands-on experience in DFMA, validation testing, regulatory certifications (ROHS, ISI, BIS, NSF, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
