Key Responsibilities :

As Relationship Banking Head, you will be responsible for leading a team of Relationship Managers in the High Net Worth (HNW) channel.

The primary goal is to drive business growth through acquisition and retention of high-value customers while ensuring the team meets their sales targets.

Key Areas of Responsibility :

  • Strategic Planning : Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones in the HNW channel.
  • Team Management : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Relationship Managers to ensure they meet their income targets.
  • Customer Engagement : Foster meaningful relationships with high net worth individuals, providing them with tailored financial solutions.
  • Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with banking products and processes to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
