Key Responsibilities of Relationship Manager Include:
- Providing financial solutions to customers while maintaining high service standards
- Maintaining complete customer profiles, including risk assessment and demographic data
- Enhancing customer relationships through engagement activities
- Cross-selling bank products and services to deepen existing relationships
- Identifying potential customers for tailored product sales
- Acquiring new customers through referral leads
- Achieving assigned targets on a monthly basis
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduation or post-graduation from a recognized institution
- AMFI and NCFM certifications
- 6-10 years of experience managing high net worth clients
Role Proficiencies:
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Ability to manage complex client situations
- Effective communication skills in English and the local language
- Capacity for multitasking, adaptability, and responsiveness to evolving customer needs
