Job Role Overview:

A Key Account Liaison Specialist plays a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with high net worth clients, offering them bespoke investment solutions and exceptional service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in business development, portfolio performance analysis, and financial acumen. Their primary responsibilities will include addressing client needs, devising strategic marketing plans, identifying new customer opportunities, and deepening existing relationships through targeted cross-selling and retention strategies.

To excel in this position, the Key Account Liaison Specialist must be able to meticulously analyze client profiles, identify their investment objectives, and provide tailored financial solutions to meet their evolving needs. This encompasses providing access to debt products, structures, equities, mutual funds, and real estate investments.

Success in this role is measured by the ability to ensure profitability of the portfolio, generate substantial income per customer, and acquire new customers who meet product criteria. A Master's degree in finance or a related field, accompanied by certifications such as AMFI or NISM, is highly desirable for this position.
